Tria is a warzone where each individual stakeholder (not employee) has a very high-level of accountability and responsibility. This role is not for the fainthearted, so do apply if you are ready to roll up your sleeves and potentially earn 6-7 figures when we launch our own token. This is a hands-on role.

Experience

1. (Must Have) Min. of 5 years of backend development experience
2. Experience building scalable, well-engineered Web2 and Web3 (preferred) products
3. Familiar with frameworks such as Node.js, Express.js, Go
4. Proficiency in AWS, Serverless, Scalable APIs, Security, Real-time DBs and more
5. Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization, mono-repos and more
6. Experience with multi-threading and concurrency (scalability)
7. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
8. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

1. Build backend systems for Tria.
2. Security-first approach
3. Articulate a long-term technical direction for the product
4. Ensure security, availability, and scalability in infrastructure
5. Create trustworthy user experiences that are simple, easy to comprehend, performant and reliable
   
   

Nice to have

1. Experience in multi-chain crypto wallets, cross-chain communication and DID systems (i.e. ENS)
2. Having worked with B2B SaaS company
3. Experience within fintech companies
4. Proficiency in working with decentralized protocols, such as IPFS, Ethereum, etc.
