Location: Arlington, TX
Start Time: 7:45 AM Sharp
Schedule: Schedules vary, weekend days included, 7 day a week operation

Job Type: Full Time

Ready to lead the way? We are seeking experienced, safety-conscious Non-CDL professional delivery Drivers to join our high-energy delivery team. If you thrive in an independent, fast-paced environment and take pride in precision, we want to talk to you. Opportunity for full-time FedEx branded Pick and Delivery positions. DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS:

-Valid driver's license

-Clean driving record (will be verified with DMV)

-Must pass drug test (initial as well as randoms once hired)

-Minimum combined 12 months commercial driving experience no moving violation in last 3 to 5 years, minor traffic tickets are acceptable

-NOTE: examples of commercial experience may include lawn service trailer towing, Lyft, Uber, DoorDash, Kroger, Amazon, etc.

-MUST pass DOT physical and obtain DOT medical card

-Lift up to 80-150 lbs. as needed

-Be EXTREMELY RELIABLE with solid work history and references

DUTIES INCLUDE:

-Positive, upbeat interaction with customers and coworkers

-Be EXTREMELY RELIABLE

-Scanning all packages

-Assist in loading packages onto vehicle from Arlington, TX station

-Pickup and delivery of packages to/from customers

IDEAL CANDIDATES

-Early bird: be at terminal by 7:45 a.m.

-Be flexible (ending times may vary, depending on package and stop count)

-Quick learner

-Available to work 7 day a week schedule, both weekend days as needed

-Able to work independently and handle various tasks during the day

-Willing and able to work a physically demanding job, lifting, bending, lots of walking

- ZERO drivers license suspensions in the past 36 months for any reason.

NOTE: Commercial driving experience is a Fedex requirement. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
