About the role
Answer (1 of 8): Answer: Not At All.
Now I want to explain why not!
1. Their job offer is very vague. They can literally fire you anytime during training. When I joined the firm for training, 3–4 were fired within the first week of training. They suffered very much financially as there was no mention in offer letter about such provision and they entered into rent agreement for a year.
The person who got fired received salary just for 10 days and he incurred over 50k in relocation.
The living is costly here, in fact, everything is. Till probation you get 20–25k salary and 1RK costs you around 15k. So if take it with the current salary, you won't be able to survive here.
2. The learning is not as good as they claim. Most of the time you will be working on excel with zero coding knowledge. The seniors are not so friendly and they won't teach you much. All they want is work to be done on time.
3. The work life balance is very bad. You have to be available 24*7 and they can call you anytime even on weekends. There is no fixed working time, it completely depends on the workload and the mood of your seniors.
So before accepting the offer, think twice. If you want to get 2-3 years of experience then go for it, but after that you have to move out as they won't pay you much and the growth is also very slow.
My advice would be to look for better options.
Hope this helps!
