Associate - Inside Sales (CAM) - MAR - 2025

The Senior Sales Development Associate (SSDA) in the Client Acquisition Management (CAM) team will be responsible for supporting front-line Client Growth Teams (CGTs) and Sales teams. This role involves assisting with the preparation and delivery of Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ), customized proposals and presentations. The SSDA will play a crucial role in diagnosing client requirements and proposing suitable solutions, contributing to the success of the client and prospect engagement efforts at TresVista. The SSDA will report to the VP CAM team. The SSDA can progress into the role as a VP. In addition to this direct progression, one will also have the option to move across into other functions and teams within the growing commercial organization at TresVista. This could include roles in Marketing, Business Development, or other client-facing teams. Such transitions will provide a broader understanding of the business and enhance versatility. Ultimately, with dedication and performance, SSDAs can advance into leadership roles within the organization. Key Role Deliverables: ▪ Assist in the preparation and delivery of RFP, RFI, and DDQ requirements ▪ Provide guidance, direction and training to the SDAs in the CAM team ▪ Support the development and management of proposals and presentation materials to aid client and prospect engagement ▪ Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing and support services ▪ Understand TresVista's products and services to diagnose client requirements and propose available solutions or bespoke approaches ▪ Provide sales support on ad-hoc requirements as requested by TresVista's senior management ▪ Contribute to the effectiveness of client engagement strategies and make recommendations for improvement ▪ Key Performance Indicators: o Quantity and quality of deliverables (RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, Proposals, Presentations) o Adherence to support SLAs for CGTs and Sales teams o Effectiveness in contributing to bid win rates o Internal client satisfaction (CGTs, Sr. Leaders) o Innovation and process improvement o Effectiveness in handling ad hoc support requests Prerequisites: ▪ Strong understanding of RFP, RFI, and DDQ processes ▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ▪ Attention to detail and accuracy, and a client-focused mindset ▪ Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment ▪ Strong organizational, teamwork and project management skills ▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Experience: ▪ 4+ years of experience (Bachelor's degree) or 3+ years of experience (Master's degree) in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the Financial Services or Consulting industry Education: ▪ Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field ▪ An MBA or equivalent is preferred Compensation: ▪ The compensation structure will be as per industry standards
