We're looking for energetic and personable retail assistants to join our friendly team in the Tresco Island Stores and Abbey Garden Café and Shop for our 2026 season. Duties Include Handling cash tills, managing service points and ensuring every guest has a warm and memorable welcome Receiving deliveries, stock handling, and keeping shelves well stocked and displays fresh and inviting Arranging merchandise and drive sales through excellent customer liaison skills Maintain high standards of health and safety and food hygiene at all times Our Ideal Candidate Hard working, enthusiastic and self-motivated with great attention to detail Comfortable working as part of a team, and taking direction Adept at working under pressure and enjoys a challenge Cheerful and confident communicator Willing to undergo further training and take on flexible responsibilities as required No specific training is required.
