Functional testing: Identifying and testing every function of a product and matching the results with the required specification Test planning: Collaborating with project stakeholders to define test objectives, strategies, and test plans Test case development: Creating detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data sets that cover various scenarios and use cases Regression testing: Ensuring that the Salesforce system updates do not cause problems with existing functionality Defect management: Logging and tracking defects identified during testing UAT testing: Helping UAT testers by giving screenshots of the functionalities and test cases flow
