Production Engineer

As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. This includes monitoring and maintaining equipment, identifying and implementing process improvements, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will work closely with the production team to optimize workflow, improve quality, and ensure that we meet our production targets. Additionally, you will be involved in the planning and implementation of new projects, as well as the training and development of production staff. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in a manufacturing environment. They must be able to think critically, problem-solve, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
