About the role
As a Process Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and improvement of manufacturing processes. This involves designing, testing, and implementing new processes and systems to increase efficiency, productivity, and product quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to identify and solve production challenges. Your role will also include conducting failure analysis, process optimization, and implementing lean manufacturing principles. To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in engineering, a good understanding of manufacturing processes, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
