Position Overview

Circuit is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Summer Intern to support owner engagement, marketing, and communications initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and exposure to innovation within the credit union and fintech ecosystems.

The intern will play a key role in supporting owner communications, CRM (HubSpot) data hygiene, and support with the summer owner meeting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owner Engagement Support
  • Assist in scheduling/planning owner engagement touchpoints
  • Help prepare materials for owner communications and outreach
  • Support tracking and follow-up activities related to owner interactions
  • Prepare Owner Satisfaction Survey (via Zoho) 
  • CRM (HubSpot) Management
  • Maintain, update, import contact records, lists, and engagement activities 
  • Assist with workflows and reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy and organization within the CRM
  • Marketing & Communications
  • Assist with uploading social media content on LinkedIn 
  • Assist with marketing project assignments/updates in Asana 
  • Owner Meeting & Event Support
  • Assist with support for the summer owner meeting
  • Support logistics, including materials, agendas, and communications
  • Provide on-site event support 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in marketing, events, and/or customer engagement
  • Comfortable learning new tools and systems 
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and positive attitude
