Job description:

  • Generate and qualify leads of potential clients.
  • Schedule client meetings, customize proposals and negotiate terms.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Mentor and train sales team.
     

Required Candidate profile:

  • Knowledge of B2B sales in International manpower recruitment.
  • Negotiation, communication & mentoring skills.
  • Works independently & takes initiatives.
  • Preferably with HR solutions & services experience.
  • Willing to frequently travel across Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
