About the Role
Meraki Dental Studio is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to take full ownership of daily clinic operations and patient experience. The Clinic Director sees patients and runs clinical work. You run everything else. This is not a passive coordination role. The TC is the operational backbone of the clinic. If something non-clinical breaks down, it is your responsibility to fix it before it reaches the Clinic Director.
Minimum Qualifications
- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognised university
- Specialisation in dental surgery preferred
- Minimum one year of work experience in a dental or healthcare clinic setting
- Candidates currently working in a clinic environment will be given preference
Duties and Responsibilities -
Patient Experience You are the first and last point of contact for every patient from inquiry to treatment acceptance. You explain treatment plans, costs, and timelines clearly. You handle complaints the same day they arise. You confirm appointments 24 hours in advance and collect feedback after every completed treatment.
Daily Clinic Operations You open each day with a team briefing. You verify operatories are set up before the first patient enters. You track duty completion across all operational areas. You log every missed or incomplete duty on the same day it happens. You confirm lab cases are reviewed by the Clinic Director at least 24 hours ahead. You oversee the weekly Thursday inventory review and prepare the order list for the Clinic Director's approval.
Team Management You receive all leave requests from the team and ensure a formal handover is in place before any leave is approved. You are the first escalation point for team conflicts, resolving issues before they reach the Clinic Director. You maintain the weekly error log and present it to the Clinic Director every week without being asked.
Who We Are Looking For
Someone who takes ownership without needing to be reminded. You are organised, direct with people, and comfortable holding a team accountable in a respectful and professional way. A background in dental or healthcare front desk operations is preferred. Experience in patient counselling, treatment plan presentation, or clinic administration will be a strong advantage.
