Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket for a Treasury Operations Manager. The Treasury Operations Manager will oversee daily treasury operations, including cash flow management, payments processing, and bank account reconciliation. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, optimizing working capital, managing financial risk, and maintaining banking relationships. This role requires regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and involvement in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in treasury operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in cash flow management, payments processing, and bank account reconciliation
- Proficiency in financial risk management and working capital optimization
- Understanding of regulatory compliance related to treasury and financial operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities for liaising with banks and other financial institutions
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA) are advantageous
- Prior experience in the fintech or payments industry is a plus
