Role Description
We are seeking a Treasury Manager for our Jaipur office. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing the company's treasury operations, including cash flow management, investments, risk assessment, and financial planning. The role involves analyzing financial data, maintaining relationships with financial institutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing strategies to optimize liquidity. The Treasury Manager will also work closely with key stakeholders to align treasury activities with business objectives and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, investment strategies, and treasury operations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, risk management, and forecasting techniques.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial sector and experience ensuring compliance.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools for reporting and data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications, such as CFA or CTP, are a plus).
- Prior experience in treasury or financial management, preferably within the NBFC or banking sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
