Key Responsibilities:
* Fund Raising & Capital Markets: Support fund-raising initiatives through issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Commercial Papers (CPs), and other debt instruments.
* Investor Relations: Engage and coordinate with banks, mutual funds, corporate treasuries, and institutional investors.
* Debt Market Transactions: Assist in the execution, documentation, and end-to-end coordination of capital market transactions.
* Market Research & Analysis: Track debt market developments, interest rate movements, and funding opportunities.
* Treasury Operations: Support fund-raising strategies, reporting, and treasury-related initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
* Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
* Experience: Freshers / 1 - 2 years of work experience
* An enthusiastic and proactive individual with a strong willingness to learn.
* A disciplined, dedicated, and detail-oriented approach to work.
* Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A positive attitude, ownership mindset, and eagerness to take on new challenges.
* A genuine interest in Treasury, Debt Capital Markets, and Financial Markets.
