🚨 We’re Hiring | Treasury Executive

📍 Location: Kochi, Kerala

🕒 Shift: Night Shift (06:00 PM – 03:00 AM)

🏢 Work Model: Work from office (Monday to Friday alternate saturday)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Executive to join our Finance team. The role involves managing daily cash operations, payment processing, and bank reconciliations while ensuring smooth financial transactions.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances to ensure sufficient funds for business operations.
• Manage fund transfers between accounts and ensure timely payments.
• Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations for accurate financial records.
• Verify and record financial transactions related to treasury operations.
• Coordinate with banks for fund transfers, loan documentation, and account management.
• Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other financial transactions.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Assist in treasury budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
• Coordinate with auditors for treasury-related reports and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

• 🎓 QualificationsGraduation in Finance / Commerce with minimum 50% marks.
• 📊 Experience2–4 years of experience in payment processing and reconciliation.
• ⭐ Skills & Competencies (Must Have)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Basic understanding of payment handling, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Ability to analyze accounts payable aging reports and monitor overdue balances.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• ➕ Good to HaveExperience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
