About the role

We are looking for individuals who can assist customers through online chat support, helping them with their questions, product details, and general support needs. This position is open worldwide and is designed for those who prefer communicating through text rather than phone calls or video. As a Remote Chat Support agent, you'll respond to live messages from customers on business websites and social media pages. You'll help resolve common issues such as product inquiries, order tracking, account assistance, and other general service requests.
