Zoho Specialist or Zoho Developer

We are a growing organization undergoing a tech migration to streamline our operations and improve overall efficiency. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Specialist / Developer who can independently support our team by setting up, customizing, and integrating Zoho applications to meet our business needs. Role Description: This is a part-time remote position requiring 20–30 hours per week, ideal for an experienced Zoho professional who can work independently and contribute to the development and automation of internal systems. You will play a key role in our tech migration process, helping to implement and optimize Zoho solutions that improve workflows and business operations. Job Responsibilities: Set up and configure Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and other relevant tools. Develop and implement workflows, automation, and custom functions using Deluge scripting. Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms through APIs, webhooks, and middleware. Analyze existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve performance and usability. Provide technical support and training to internal teams as needed. Document system configurations, processes, and user guidelines. Maintain data integrity and ensure smooth data migration between systems.
