We’re searching for motivated, charismatic baristas to brew up some magic in our local community! If you’re at least 16 years old and love a fast-paced, dynamic gig, this could be your perfect pour. Travelin’ Tom’s is a growing company where every day brings something new—our team serves up coffee and good vibes at a mix of awesome events, from school functions, sports games, and tournaments to huge festivals, concerts, corporate shindigs, weddings, birthdays, and more.

This is a part-time, event-based role that requires availability for early mornings, weekends, and flexible scheduling depending on events. Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips, and baristas keep their tips, with opportunities for growth as the business expands.

What You’ll Do as a Travelin’ Tom’s Barista:

• Roll up on time, ready to caffeinate, and greet customers with a warm hello.
• Whip up top-notch coffee and service—quick, precise, and friendly.
• Keep it clean and safe by sticking to hygiene, health, and sanitation rules.
• Tackle basic truck and workspace cleaning tasks.
• Prep and stock supplies before and after shifts like a champ.
• Read, count, and handle paperwork with accuracy.
• Pass along any maintenance or inventory needs to the right folks.
