Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Booking Execution: Coordinate with airline portals and B2B hotel platforms to execute bookings.
- Itinerary Finalisation: Work closely with the operations team to verify and finalise travel vouchers and daily schedules.
- Vendor Liaising: Communicate with transport partners and local guides to ensure punctual pickups and high-quality service delivery.
- Client Assistance: Provide 24/7 remote support to travellers for any queries or troubleshooting during their trip.
- Tour Accompanying: Travel to various domestic and international destinations with the team to manage on-ground operations and group coordination.
