Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel & Tourism Intern based in Varanasi. The intern will assist in managing travel arrangements, coordinating itineraries, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Day-to-day tasks include organizing cultural and pilgrimage tours, supporting travel management, addressing customer service inquiries, and collaborating with local guides and vendors to enhance the quality of services. The intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the tourism industry while contributing to the success of tailored travel experiences.
Qualifications
- Skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Basic knowledge of Business Travel processes
- Familiarity with cultural and spiritual tourism for Uttar Pradesh destinations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or relevant discipline (current enrollment acceptable for internships)
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- A commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
