Hiring: Travel Support Associate (Voice | Inbound Calls | Travel Domain)

Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)
Shift: Rotational | US Time Zones | Weekends Required

Job Overview:
We are hiring experienced customer support professionals for a global travel support program. This is a voice-based role involving inbound calls from guests and travel partners, requiring strong communication skills, domain knowledge, and the ability to deliver high-quality, consistent support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from guests and travel agent partners
• Assist with queries related to travel bookings, destinations, ship amenities, and pre-travel information
• Provide accurate and high-quality support across all interactions
• Research and navigate internal tools and resources to resolve queries independently
• Utilize web-based systems and knowledge platforms effectively
• Document all interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in detail
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Prior experience in travel support or customer service (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Sabre reservation system (must)
• Ability to clear Sabre system proficiency assessment
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Customer-first approach with a professional and empathetic tone
• Ability to follow structured processes and workflows
• Comfortable working rotational shifts including weekends

Technology Requirements (Mandatory):

• Laptop/Desktop with Intel i5 processor or higher
• Minimum 16 GB RAM
• Latest Windows 11 (fully updated, no pending patches)
• Stable high-speed LAN / wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)
• Dual monitors required
(A 32”+ screen/TV may be used as an alternative if compatible)
• USB wired noise-cancelling headset (Sanas approved)
• Webcam (mandatory during certification)
• Quiet and professional workspace
