Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a Travel Supply Executive who has already spent some time in the travel or hospitality space and thinks of every trip as more than an itinerary- as a product with a structure, a value proposition, and a customer it needs to delight. This role sits at the intersection of planning, operations, and customer experience, and suits someone who's comfortable owning a trip from concept to launch, not just assisting on one.
If you've worked with destinations, pricing, or trip planning before, enjoy structured problem-solving, and want more ownership over how travel products actually get built, priced, and improved — we'd love to meet you.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Product Creation & Structuring: Own the creation and development of new trips, defining structure including destinations, duration, flow, and key experiences.
Feasibility & Pricing: Work with operations teams to ensure trips are feasible and execution-ready, and define pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and value positioning.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure products are launch-ready, well-documented, and clearly communicated.
Performance Tracking: Track product performance and gather customer feedback post-trip.
Continuous Improvement: Use feedback and performance insights to refine and improve existing trips.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Graduate in any discipline (Travel, Hospitality, or Management preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in travel product, trip planning, or a related operations/sales role in the travel industry.
- Strong understanding of travel planning, destinations, and customer expectations.
- Structured thinking with a sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Docs, and presentation tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Readiness and completeness of trips before launch
- Product performance in terms of bookings and customer interest
- Customer satisfaction and feedback on trip experiences
- Timely updates and improvements to existing trips
