Role Description
We are seeking a Travel Specialist (Operations) for a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The role involves arranging and managing travel bookings, coordinating with customers to design tailored travel plans, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth travel operations. You will collaborate closely with clients, partners, and team members to deliver outstanding travel experiences, while managing business travel arrangements effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Travel Arrangements, Travel Management, and managing Business Travel
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide support and resolve inquiries effectively
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as autonomously
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using travel management systems or tools is advantageous
