Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Specialist located in Gurugram, with partial flexibility for remote work. In this role, the Travel Specialist will assist clients in planning and managing their travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and activities. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring a smooth and seamless travel experience. The Travel Specialist will also handle business travel requirements and collaborate with internal teams to maintain a high standard of service quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in Travel Arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and activities
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients
- Knowledge of Travel Management and coordinating Business Travel
- Problem-solving skills to handle travel-related concerns and emergencies
- Proficiency in travel booking software and systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Passion for travel and a customer-first mindset
- Prior experience in the travel industry is a strong advantage
