### **Role Overview**
We are looking for a proactive and travel-ready **Travel Operations Executive** who will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel operations, building partnerships with temples, pandits, and travel vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of services across India.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle **end-to-end travel operations** for darshan, puja, pilgrimage, and prasad services
* Build and manage **tie-ups with temples (Mandirs) and Pandits** across India
* Develop partnerships with **Hotels, Taxi Providers, Airlines, Travel Agents, and Entertainment Centers**
* Conduct **on-ground visits** for vendor onboarding and relationship building
* Negotiate **pricing, contracts, and service terms** with all vendors
* Manage **vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance**
* Ensure **Pandit agreements and vendor contracts are signed and maintained properly**
* Coordinate with hotels and travel partners for **booking, accommodation, and transportation arrangements**
* Manage **end-to-end itinerary planning** including stay, travel, and local experiences
* Maintain a strong network of **verified vendors and partners across locations**
* Monitor **service quality and customer satisfaction**
* Handle **operational issues and resolve them efficiently on-ground or remotely**

### **Key Requirements**
* 1–5 years of experience in **travel operations / vendor management / hospitality / field operations**
* Strong network or experience with **hotels, travel agents, or transport vendors** is a plus
* Comfortable with **frequent PAN India travel**
* Excellent **negotiation and communication skills**
* Ability to manage **multiple vendors and partnerships**
* Basic understanding of **contracts, agreements, and documentation**
* Self-driven and able to work **independently in a WFH setup**
* Interest in **religious tourism/spiritual travel** preferred
