Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Specialist based in Mumbai. The Travel Specialist will handle travel arrangements, manage client itineraries, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with clients to create personalized travel plans. Responsibilities also include overseeing business travel logistics, ensuring smooth coordination, offering travel-related advice, and actively resolving any issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including booking flights, accommodations, and other logistics
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and maintain high client satisfaction
- Experience in managing Business Travel requirements, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms, tools, and industry trends
- Relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
