Role: Travel Sales & Operations – MICE & Groups.
Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Delhi
Experience: 3–10 Years
We are looking for a travel professional who can independently manage end-to-end group travel business across Leisure Groups, Corporate/MICE, Student Groups, Religious Groups, and Fixed Departures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand client requirements and create customized itineraries
• Handle costing, quotations, negotiations, and supplier coordination
• Manage end-to-end group operations and execution
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transporters, and destination partners
• Ensure seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery
Desired Profile:
• Experience in Group Holidays, MICE, or Travel Operations
• Strong destination knowledge (International preferred)
• Good negotiation, costing, and operational management skills
• Ability to handle multiple groups independently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and itinerary planning
Candidates with prior experience in MICE, DMC, group travel, or experiential travel companies will be preferred.
