Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Travel Sales Manager with a strong background in the tourism sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and contributing to the strategic development of our sales initiatives. You will be a key player in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand our customer base.
- Lead and motivate a sales team (if applicable), providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales avenues and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
