Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Ladakh Travel Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Ladakh travel planning, group departures, road trips, and customized itineraries, along with a proven track record in B2C travel sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed Ladakh bookings.
• Design and sell customized Ladakh tour packages including bike trips, group departures, honeymoon packages, and adventure tours.
• Build strong relationships with travelers and provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales journey.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate with operations and on-ground teams to ensure smooth trip execution.
• Stay updated with Ladakh travel trends, routes, permits, accommodations, and seasonal experiences.
• Follow up with leads generated through social media, ads, website inquiries, and referrals.
• Upsell add-on experiences such as camping, ATV rides, rafting, and bike rentals.
Requirements
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in travel sales or destination sales.
• Strong knowledge of Ladakh destinations, circuits, permits, and travel seasons.
• Proven experience in B2C travel sales and lead conversion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and achieve targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management systems, and travel operations.
• Passion for travel and adventure tourism is a plus.
