Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Travel Sales Consultant to join our Gurgaon office and focus on international and domestic travel sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an in-depth understanding of travel products, and a proven ability to convert leads into sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- -Promote and sell international travel products and services (flights, hotels, holiday packages, tours, etc.) clients.
- -Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, visa requirements, and related travel services.
- -Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and corporate partners.
- -Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- -Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and DMCs to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- -Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, offers, and destination updates.
- -Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales and post-sales process.
Requirements:
- • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in international travel sales, preferably handling UAE or Middle East market.
- • Education: Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- • Strong command in English Language
- • Skills & Competencies:
- o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- o Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- o Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) preferred
- Good knowledge of international destinations, visa procedures, and travel regulations.
