Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Travel Sales Consultant to handle Indian customers planning domestic and international trips.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, destination knowledge, and the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell domestic (India) and international travel packages
Handle inbound leads from Indian travellers and convert them into bookings
Provide expert guidance on destinations, itineraries, visas, and travel planning
Suggest packages based on customer budget, travel style, and preferences
Build and maintain long-term relationships with Indian clients
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and DMCs for smooth execution
Stay updated with travel trends, seasonal destinations, and offers
Ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction (pre & post booking)
Requirements:
Experience: 1–3 years in travel sales (domestic and/or international)
Education: Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / related field
Language: Strong command of English & Hindi (preferred for Indian clientele)
Skills:
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities
Knowledge of popular Indian & international destinations
Understanding of visa processes for countries like Dubai, Thailand, Bali, etc.
Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
