Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive based in South Delhi, India. The Travel Sales Executive will focus on assisting clients in planning and booking custom travel experiences, including flights and accommodation. Responsibilities include creating tailored travel itineraries, identifying client needs, providing travel-related advice, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
What you will do:
- Handle inbound travel leads via calls, WhatsApp, email & social media
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages
- Create customized itineraries with accurate costing
- Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets
- Build strong relationships to ensure repeat business
- Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and offers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Good sales, negotiation, and convincing ability
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Experience in travel sales / holiday packages is a plus
- Knowledge of travel destinations and itinerary planning
