Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dehradun. As a Travel Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include assisting clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, providing exceptional customer service, and advising on travel destinations and experiences. You will communicate with a diverse clientele, handle queries, and collaborate with suppliers to secure the best travel arrangements. In addition, you will contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining client satisfaction through personalized travel solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Customer Service and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Sales Techniques and a proven ability to achieve targets
- Knowledge of Travel Planning, Destination Expertise, and Itinerary Customization
- Attention to detail, multitasking, and efficient organization skills
- Proficiency in travel software and tools is a plus
- Experience in the travel or tourism industry would be advantageous
- A Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
