Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound travel leads and customer inquiries
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages
• Create customized itineraries and quotations
• Follow up with prospective clients and close sales
• Coordinate with operations and suppliers for smooth bookings
• Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat business
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in travel sales, holiday packages, or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of domestic and international destinations is an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic computer applications
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
