Holiday Tram is expanding its sales team and is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive who is passionate about travel and conversions.
Position: Travel Sales Executive
📍 Location: Delhi (Netaji Subhash Place)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international and domestic travel queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other platforms
- Understand client requirements and design customized holiday packages (Flights, Hotels, Sightseeing, Transfers, Visa & Insurance)
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings while meeting monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and vendors for best pricing and availability
- Provide accurate quotations, itineraries, and timely follow-ups
- Ensure smooth pre- and post-booking customer support
- Maintain proper documentation
- Stay updated with destinations, airline policies, visa norms, and travel trends
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales (International preferred)
- Strong knowledge of international destinations and holiday products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and booking portals
- Freshers with strong destination knowledge and sales aptitude may also apply
