Role Description
This full-time, on-site Travel Sales Executive role is based in Noida. The primary responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their travel objectives, creating bespoke travel proposals, closing sales, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role involves coordinating with vendors, managing itineraries, and ensuring seamless travel planning while identifying new market opportunities to drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with an ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Knowledge of travel planning, coordination, and destination management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver impactful proposals
- Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM platforms, and basic office software
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Previous experience in travel sales, event management, or related fields is preferred
- Awareness of premium travel trends, customer preferences, and key market players is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field is desirable
Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international tour packages & destinations
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage travel leads
• Communicate with customers via calls, WhatsApp & emails
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages
• Share customized itineraries and quotations
• Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
• Sell tour packages for Himachal, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Andaman & Nicobar, Kerala, and international destinations
• Achieve monthly sales targets
💰 Salary Structure:
₹12,000 fixed salary + attractive sales-based incentives
📌 Work Policy:
• 6 working days from office during the 3-month probation period
• Post probation: Hybrid working model with remote flexibility + 2 in-office working days per week
