Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant specializing in US and UK flight ticketing, based in Gurugram. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for handling travel consulting tasks, managing reservations, assisting with travel arrangements, and maintaining exceptional customer service. The role involves collaborating with clients to identify their travel needs, crafting suitable travel solutions, and ensuring satisfaction with the booking process and journey experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Experience in making Travel Arrangements, including flight ticketing and itinerary planning
- Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to address client inquiries effectively
- Expertise in handling Reservations efficiently and accurately
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Familiarity with global travel markets, particularly the US and UK, is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented on-site environment in Gurugram
- Any certifications or prior experience in the travel or tourism industry would be advantageous
