Handles Inbound and outbound calls for packages.
Sell Domestic and international holiday packages ( Dubai, Bali, Thailand, Europe etc.)
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Travel Sales Consultant Executive. The role involves managing travel consulting tasks, handling travel arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers with reservations, offering tailored travel recommendations, and ensuring all bookings and arrangements are handled efficiently. The position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in creating seamless travel experiences for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Expertise in Customer Service and handling client interactions effectively
- Experience in managing Reservations and booking systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in the travel industry is advantageous
