Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Travel Sales Consultant. The Travel Sales Consultant will focus on assisting clients with travel planning by providing expert advice, managing travel arrangements, and handling reservations. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, coordinating travel plans, and delivering exemplary customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Expertise in handling Reservations and related systems
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and nurture client relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in relevant software for travel booking and management is advantageous
