Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Travel Sales Consultant. The role involves assisting clients in planning and booking travel experiences, managing reservations, and offering expert advice on travel destinations and itineraries. The consultant will also handle customer inquiries, resolve travel-related concerns, and ensure smooth travel planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating customized travel solutions
- Experience in managing Travel Arrangements and making accurate Reservations
- Strong Customer Service abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in travel booking software and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
