Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant located in Ahmedabad. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on travel itineraries, managing travel bookings, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves creating personalized travel experiences, managing end-to-end travel arrangements, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth operational execution of travel plans.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, including creating customized travel itineraries
- Experience in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements
- Strong skills in Customer Service and resolving client queries efficiently
- Expertise in handling Reservations and coordinating with travel service providers
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools is an advantage
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred
- Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus
