Role Description:
This is a hybrid role for a Travel Sales Consultant. The consultant will assist clients with travel planning and arrangements, including providing suggestions for destinations, itineraries, and adventure trips. Daily tasks include consulting on travel options, coordinating reservations, managing bookings, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves promoting travel packages and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating customized travel plans
- Experience in Travel Arrangements, including itinerary planning and booking services
- Strong Customer Service and client interaction skills
- Knowledge of handling travel Reservations and confirming bookings
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting
- A passion for travel and knowledge of travel trends are considered advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and social platforms
- Pitch and explain travel packages and trip details
- Maintain lead records and follow-up logs using CRM tools
- Assist in developing sales strategies and campaign ideas
