Handle Flights calls & convert them into sales.
Work on US Process with expertise.
Manage date changes, refunds & schedule changes with accuracy.
Deliver top-notch customer service.
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in US Process.
Excellent communication & sales skills.
Good Geographical Knowledge.
Prior US PPC Process experience preferred.
Strong geographical knowledge.
