Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant based in Surat. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing travel-related advice and solutions to customers, managing travel arrangements, handling reservations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves creating customized travel itineraries, facilitating bookings, and building strong relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Experience in Customer Service and handling client reservations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver excellent service
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Proficiency in travel booking platforms and reservation systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of local and international travel markets is a plus
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Management preferred
