Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant based in Noida. The Travel Sales Consultant will assist clients in planning and booking their travel needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, handling reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The consultant will work closely with clients to ensure tailored and satisfactory travel solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills and a focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and technology is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
