Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in South Mumbai for a Travel Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the visa application and travel planning processes, offering tailored consulting and managing travel arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing advice and recommendations, assisting with travel bookings and reservations, managing client inquiries, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients through efficient customer support.
Qualifications
- Skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to assist clients with personalized recommendations and travel solutions.
- Expertise in handling Travel Arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and other logistics.
- Strong Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and provide exceptional support throughout the travel process.
- Experience in managing Reservations and ensuring smooth travel documentation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of visa requirements and travel regulations for various countries is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer systems and travel booking software is advantageous.
