Role Description
PickOurTrip is seeking a Travel Sales Consultant for a full-time, on-site position in the Greater Jaipur Area. The role involves understanding customer travel needs, assisting with travel arrangements, providing expert recommendations, and managing bookings for flights, accommodation, and additional travel services. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining effective communication with travel suppliers and clients to create personalized travel experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design tailored travel experiences
- Strong skills in making efficient Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Experience in travel sales, itinerary planning, or hospitality-related fields is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in local and digital travel tools will be an asset
