Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound travel enquiries and convert leads into bookings
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable destinations & packages
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
• Manage WhatsApp, calls & social media enquiries
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth booking process
• Maintain CRM and customer records
• Achieve sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
✔ Excellent communication & sales skills
✔ Travel industry experience preferred (Freshers with strong sales skills may apply)
✔ Confidence in customer handling & negotiations
✔ Basic knowledge of domestic & international destinations
✔ Comfortable with CRM, Google Sheets & WhatsApp Business
