Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi for a Travel Sales Consultant. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for designing tailored travel packages, handling travel arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include creating and managing itineraries, booking reservations, assisting clients with travel planning needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and designing tailored solutions for clients
- Proficient in managing Travel Arrangements and overseeing Reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills, with an ability to build rapport and cater to diverse needs
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Advanced problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of global travel destinations and cultural nuances is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in travel booking systems or reservation platforms is a plus
