Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Gurugram for a Travel Sales Consultant. The Travel Sales Consultant will create customized travel packages, manage travel arrangements, and provide stellar customer service. Responsibilities include consulting clients on travel options, designing itineraries, managing reservations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the travel planning process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Proficiency in organizing Travel Arrangements and Reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency with travel booking platforms and software is a plus
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
